One-Day Store Managers! 🍱🧧🧋

Our students took over as one-day store managers and got hands-on experience running a local Mandarin-speaking restaurant — and what a day it was!

👩‍🍳 From greeting guests in Mandarin to helping take real orders, our students stepped into the shoes of restaurant staff and practiced their language skills in a real-world setting.

🎨 Not only that — they also designed brand-new products and packaging inspired by their visit! Think: milk tea with creative Chinese names, handmade dumpling wrappers with custom art, and more.

📦 The creativity, the confidence, and the cultural exchange were simply inspiring.

👏 Huge thanks to our partner restaurant for opening their doors (and kitchen!) to these young innovators. And a big shoutout to our amazing students who brought their A-game and showed what it means to learn by doing!
